When will I receive my certificate of completion?
Congratulations on finishing a course!
You should receive your official Cyber Wardens certificate via email the same day you complete the course, although it can take up to 24 hours.
If you have not received your certificate after completing a course, please do the following:
1. Check your email spam folder
2. Log back into the Cyber wardens portal (https://train.cyberwardens.com.au/) and navigate to Certificates in the navigation bar at the top of the page: https://train.cyberwardens.com.au/certificates/
Please note:
If you complete a course online, you will receive your certificate immediately after graduating. If you attend an event or live webinar, it can take up to 24 hours. For live webinar certificates - look for the email with the subject line containing 'Congratulations, here is your certificate'.
