Why is my verification code not working?
This could be due to your browser. People using Microsoft Edge have reported issues in the past. If you are using Microsoft Edge, we would recommend switching to Safari, Chrome or Firefox and trying again.
Could you try the following and see if that resolves it:
1. Delete the recent previous 'verification code' emails
2. Switch browser (eg. switch from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome)
3. Request the verification code again
4. Enter the verification code to log in.
