Why am I not receiving my verification code?
If you are not receiving the verification code, please try the following and see if that resolves your issue:
1. Add hello@cyberwardens.com.au to your contact list to whitelist the email sender
2. If you have received verification code emails from us in the past, delete those from your inbox
3. Switch browser (eg. switch from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome)
4. Request the verification code again
5. Enter the verification code to log in.
