I have finished the course, but I can’t seem to graduate.
We apologise you're having trouble graduating. These steps might help you:
1. Make sure you're logged in to your account
2. Go into the learning module or course level you are trying to graduate
3. Click on the left hand side eLearning navigation bar
4. Review your progress and completion of the course.
When you're completing a module or course, your course outline will show on the left hand side of the screen. Within this sidebar view, there should be a tick icon next to each lesson to show if it has been completed or not. There is also a progress bar displaying the learner's progress through the course.
The side bar helps users track their advancement throughout the course, provides quick access to different sections of the course and helps you navigate the course.
